For the purposes of this policy: "Return" refers to sending merchandise back for refund; "Exchange" refers to replacing merchandise for different size/color; "Return Period" refers to thirty (30) calendar days from delivery date; "Original Condition" refers to unworn, unwashed, undamaged items with original tags.
Customers may return eligible merchandise within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of delivery. The return period is calculated from the confirmed delivery date as recorded by our authorized carriers.

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Customers must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, except in cases where the return is due to Company error (wrong item shipped, defective merchandise). Customers are advised to use trackable shipping methods for return shipments.
Exchanges are permitted for size and color variations of the same item within the thirty (30) day return period. Items must meet all return eligibility criteria outlined in Article I.

Exchanges are limited to one (1) exchange per original item. Price differences for exchanges to higher-value items must be paid by the Customer. Lower-value exchanges will receive store credit for the difference.

Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases of Company error. Original shipping charges will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
For partial returns from orders that qualified for free shipping promotions, the Customer may be charged for shipping costs proportional to the returned items if the remaining order falls below the promotion threshold.
Defective merchandise must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. Customers must provide photographic evidence of defects and contact Customer Service immediately upon discovery.

All returned merchandise is inspected by our Quality Assurance team. Items not meeting return criteria may be returned to the Customer at their expense with detailed explanation of rejection reasons.
Items purchased during promotional sales remain eligible for return under standard policy terms unless explicitly marked as "Final Sale." Clearance items marked as non-returnable are clearly identified at time of purchase.
Gift recipients may return items for store credit without original receipt, provided items meet return eligibility criteria. Original purchaser information is required for cash refunds. Gift returns are subject to the same thirty (30) day return period.
The Company reserves the right to refuse returns from Customers demonstrating patterns of abuse, including but not limited to: excessive returns, returning worn items, or fraudulent return attempts. Such determinations are made at Company's sole discretion.
Return Address: All returns must be shipped to our authorized return center. The specific return address will be provided with your RMA number. Do not send returns to our retail locations or corporate offices, as they will not be processed.
