Shipping & Delivery Policy

DEFINITIONS
For the purposes of this policy: "Company" refers to 360outfit; "Customer" refers to any individual placing an order; "Business Days" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding Moroccan national holidays.
Article I - General Provisions
1.1 Scope of Policy
This Shipping & Delivery Policy governs all shipment and delivery services provided by 360outfit to Customers within the Kingdom of Morocco. This Policy forms an integral part of our Terms of Service.
1.2 Policy Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Modifications take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
Article II - Shipping Terms
2.1 Complimentary Shipping Services
The Company provides complimentary shipping services for all orders, regardless of order value. No minimum purchase requirement is imposed.
2.2 Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery shall be completed within one (1) to three (3) Business Days from order confirmation, subject to geographical zones specified below.
2.3 Geographical Coverage

Article III - Order Processing
3.1 Processing Timeline
Orders are processed within twenty-four (24) hours during Business Days. Orders received after 14:00 hours (2:00 PM) are processed the following Business Day.
3.2 Fulfillment Process
- Order verification and payment confirmation
- Inventory allocation and picking
- Quality control and packaging
- Dispatch to authorized carrier
- Tracking information sent to Customer
Article IV - Delivery Terms
4.1 Address Requirements
Customers must provide complete delivery information:
- Full recipient name
- Complete street address with building/apartment numbers
- City and postal code
- Functional telephone number
- Specific delivery instructions (if any)
4.2 Delivery Attempts
Our carriers make a maximum of two (2) delivery attempts. Failed deliveries result in package return to our facility. Customers are notified and may arrange redelivery.
4.3 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to Customer upon delivery to the designated address. The Company is not responsible for theft after successful delivery.
Article V - Limitations
5.1 Force Majeure
The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control: acts of God, natural disasters, civil unrest, government actions, labor disputes, or carrier delays.
5.2 Holiday Adjustments
During Moroccan national holidays, delivery timeframes may extend by one (1) to two (2) additional Business Days.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
International shipping services are not currently available. The Company is developing international delivery capabilities and will announce such services upon implementation.
