For the most accurate measurements, have someone help you measure, and wear well-fitting undergarments. Use a soft measuring tape and keep it parallel to the floor.
Body Measurements
- Chest/Bust: Measure around the fullest part
- Waist: Measure around the narrowest part
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part
- Inseam: From crotch to ankle
- Shoulder: From shoulder point to shoulder point
Tips for Accuracy
- Keep the tape measure snug but not tight
- Stand straight with feet together
- Breathe normally, don't hold your breath
- Measure over undergarments, not clothing
- Double-check all measurements
